On 21 November 2018, I had to get a rental due to my mini van having some service done. Dodge was supposed to inform Enterprise that I required a mini van and would be picking it up later that afternoon. Dodge dropped me off at the Martingrove and Rexdale Enterprise location and left. When I got to Enterprise, they were not aware of the situation and, therefore, did not have a mini van available for me. Nonetheless, Aaron (if I remember correctly) and another gentleman behind the desk, moved quickly and arranged a mini van for me from another location. They gave me the option of either waiting at their office for the vehicle or they would drive me to pick it up. They ended up driving me because it was the quickest option. Even though I was a little annoyed because of Dodge, Aaron, who drove me, definitely lightened up my mood! I returned the mini van to the Martingrove location the next day and again was treated with great customer service. The staff and service there is exceptional! Keep it up!

Staff at this office were super helpful, both on the front end of the rental, getting us the vehicle we wanted, and when we returned the car. Special thanks to the branch manager who helped get us where we needed to go upon conclusion of our rental. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

First it took enterprise 45min to pick us up when we are an 8min drive away. Then it took them forever (a full hour) to set us up with a car and do an oil change that we had booked 2 weeks in advance. They keep the building and waiting area a disgusting mess but at least the car we rented was clean and nice to drive. There are way nicer, quicker and more professional enterprise locations than this one, so we will not be returning to this location in the future.

The experience was good. The only thing is not good is their gas prices. I mean you forget to full up the gas then you have to pay almost $3 per litter I think.
