It's a good place to rent a car

Feb 1, 2018
These guys have been extremely helpful. The service was really stress free during my stay in Canada.

They only get one star because I have to give a star. They deserve none. The car I picked up had the steering column ripped out and I was told it was fine. The seat belt and drivers seat broke and I was blamed for it. The man in the office has severe ego issues for someone who works at a knock off rental place. The owner 'Michelle' only cares about money. Needing any help regarding even car safety is ignored. I wouldn't trust this company to give me a piece of paper, let alone a car. I went to renew my contract and was told "Michelle wouldn't because she wants more money. I used my own insurance so I paid less and she wanted to rent to a customer who had to pay more weekly for a car, as this business is close to closing." By less I mean I paid 323.00 a week and was told that was almost half price. So if you want to pay 700.00 a week for a car that was probably stolen just before you rented it, and get no help with your rental, go to try1!!! They're good for nothing. Literally. Nothing.

I was kind of hesitant to rent but was happy I did because I had a good experience. I booked a car on the website and called the next morning to confirm my reservation. The owner was very friendly when i picked it up and I will be renting again.
