We had the pleasure to meet Crystal at Bracebridge Discount Rental and were quite impressed with the quality of service she provided. She answered our questions, went over the details of the contract and she had a wonderful attitude! The truck was almost a brand new and very clean both inside and out. We highly recommend Discount and will use this location for any further needs.

Good experience here. Asked for a minivan but was treated to a free upgrade of a Yukon that more than served its purpose. Travelling with 5 men, there was PLENTY of room. The staff is very courteous and polite; they had some really good hustle to get the few of us customers through the door quickly—they actually RAN in and out the door to keep things moving for us. Excellent experience!

Crystal is the best. Super friendly and accommodating. The truck was clean and drivable. They should throw a dolly in the back and save people a trip.
