Terrible experience. 2015 Ford Escape, the rear view mirror fell off in my hand morning after I rented the car. Simply adjusting it, nothing else unusual. Company said I broke it, I’m a senior and certainly not capable of breaking it off as they insisted. I had to drive the car to the garage they use for repairs where they tried to fix it but couldn’t. Told me to drive as is, just use side mirrors until I had to return it the next day. When I returned the car to the company they insisted I broke it and charged me $350 for a new mirror plus labour. That is more than twice what I paid for the actual rental. Insurance doesn’t cover the interior. Will never use again and would never recommend.

I didn't expect much from this place as I booked them for the sole reason of their pricepoint. The customer service is lacking. Yes they picked me up at the airport but their attitude on the phone and dealing with people needs work. It wasn't terrible until I dropped the car off. I explicitly told them I would be dropping off at 9:30AM. It says they open at 9AM on the door. I show up at 9.25AM and no one was there. I called and said he is running late and should be there in 25 minutes. Really? I was rushed at the airport because you were an hour late for work even after I told you when I was dropping off? He then got defensive telling me "You need to wait for me", and even said "You don't look too happy". Well really? Would anyone be? Would not rent from them ever again.

When we got to the place, we were scheduled with ACE, but they were short-staffed, so when we finally got the rental after an hour of waiting (of which it's only a 5 minute trek down the road), I had to ask them to show us if there were any scratches or dents I should know about, which is when he wrote it down on the paper - after I reminded him. And when we went to return the car, we waited an hour and a half to have the rudest front desk service show up and give several excuses of why she was late. And then tell me that I scratched the car - of which again I had to point out that it was already there to begin with by showing her pictures I took before I even got in when they gave me the keys. Terrible service! Terrible staff! Terrible everything! ZERO stars!!!

Not trustworthy company I didn't see previous comment on this company don't go near to them they grab all your card money without knowing. I am struggle to get the money I call to card people & got the money don't pay or produce your card or cal & give the card number they took all your money including hidden cost too Stay away?
