Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Quick pick up of rental vehicle and convenient after hours drop off. Highly recommend Enterprise rent a car on Plains rd in Burlington

My family and I are regulars. We have been renting a minivan every year for the last 5 years or so to drive from Ontario to New Brunswick. I have had no issues with the vehicles themselves. My biggest and most unpleasant experience was with the customer service. You would expect that someone with the position title 'assistant manager' would be easy to talk to, but instead I was charged rather unfairly and spoken to rudely in the most unprofessional manner. My experience and complaints have already been forwarded to the company. My advice: if you are speaking with someone named Kyle, ask for someone else or change locations.

I drive 96km one way each day to work. You don't realize the luxury of your car until it breaks down. They definitely understand what I was feeling and going through at this location. Brittany was very calming as she arranged for my rental to be picked up in Waterloo and did her best to get me a great rate for the 3 weeks I needed the car. The experience picking up the car in Waterloo was hassle free and very friendly. The car was immaculate, clean and ready when I arrived. Both locations took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and left me with peace of mind. I would recommend these locations and Enterprise for their amazing customer service.

Probably the worst place to get a rental vehicle!! The staff member I dealt with, Kyle, was unprofessional, and lacked courtesy. Warning: Kyle will probably tell you it’s not available even though it’s in the parking lot, and will try to put you in a vehicle that you didn’t request! I requested 4x4 vehicle and he tried to give me a van with FWD, and stated there is no guarantee for any of my requests, even when I call ahead of time.On another occassion, I requested a truck that isn’t a Ford (due to the aluminum not being able to magnetize) and he responded by saying that would be difficult because most trucks are made of aluminum. Not sure this employee knows anything about vehicles, or customer service... For a commercial fleet rental establishment, i’d have to say my overall experience was extremely disappointing with no options to choose what is actually needed for the job being carried out. No corrective action was carried out to find the appropriate vehicle I had originally requested. On another note, the first time I picked up a vehicle, there was a sensor issue and it was disregarded as “no big deal”, even though the vehicle had showed symptoms of having issues. Enterprise knew about the vehicle issues as I received a phone call checking in on it which is HIGHLY unusual for a rental company, and almost unheard of. When I confronted the woman about the issues, she claimed to had not known even though I was assured by Kyle that that the sensor issue had been documented prior to leaving the lot with it. There are two other Enterprises close to this location on Plains Rd, in Burlington. I would highly recommend going to the other ones as the service is exceptional and they demonstrate respect for their customers and ensure you leave with what you want.

Needed a last minute cargo van rental. Alicia went out and found me one. She even called me back and made sure everything was a breeze. The follow up was above and beyond! Really impressed with this Enterprise location.
