Ms.

Joe Champagne and his whole team are fantastic at all his locations in Oakville and Mississauga. Special shout outs to him, Caroline and Salesha for their great customer service. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We do not go anywhere else for our car rental needs and we also recommend them to our friends, family and our car insurance company. Because recently one of our vehicles was stolen!!! Joe and his team got us sorted out and our insurance company as well. They are the best in the West!!

Such a great first experience renting a car. Joe was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process. I left my car far away from his enterprise location and he helped me out big time by letting me bring my car to another location. He took care of everything. I highly recommend this specific location. They are very knowledgeable and will try their best to accommodate all your needs. I first called discount but the lady on the phone was rude and she said she was going to call me back. I'm glad she didn't. My friend told me to call enterprise and I'm very happy I did. Thanks to the staff for all the great help!

Excellent service Joe Champagne , the manager its'a hands on efficient guy All stuff is nice but Enterprise became bigger so less competition. It reflects in the very poor shape of the cars high milage , oil change ignored etc. Hopefully Enterprise will do something to make the location look better Stuff is way beyond the location look and quality of the cars For all readers please not that I'm just a client not related in any way with the company or its employees .

Everything went good but I did reserve a high top van 5 days before I needed it when I went to pick up the vehicle it was rented out? That left a nasty taste in my mouth!! I had no choice but to use their smaller version van which meant I could not fit all my things into it!!
