Good service

Do not rent from this company!! customer service is poor and they are really rude. And don't trust them with your information and credit card. They took my credit card to reserve a car and after getting all my information they cancelled the reservation and then I had to cancel my credit card because I didn't trust them. Do not rent from them!! And then the agent got really upset because I was asking questions. They are fishy!

TERRIBLE is a very accurate word for 1 star rating.Whoever works in this place has no respect for his clients. I wasted time going there only to find out that no one is at the store at 5:20 !! Even though the sign on the window said 6:00! My friend recommended this place because of lower prices so I thought maybe I will try again ...maybe it was an emergency . I called and asked the guy who works there (or owner?) if they will be open till 6:00. He confirmed; I went again the same day I talked to him and at 5:15 NO ONE WAS THERE! ; the place was closed again!!! He just left without even leaving a note for customers. How rude!!! TERRIBLE service! Very frustrating experience ...So we went next door to Enterprice , paid them more but received an excellent service. This is the first time I made choice to actually rate something and complain : that is how frustrating this experience was !

The van I picked up was in pretty bad condition - rusty and dented - which is no big deal usually. But as I drove it off the parking lot the brake pedal pulsed. I thought nothing of it at first (had just driven through a puddle) but this continued every time I braked below 15km/hr. The ABS pulsed very hard and pulled the steering wheel fairly hard to the right every single time I braked to a stop. In addition, the check engine and ABS warning lights came on when I was 100km down the road and the check engine light also flashed randomly most of the time I had the van. Despite all these issues (and the braking system was clearly not safe) when I returned the van, the desk agent was pretty dismissive of any of my concerns (to say the least) and I had to argue pretty firmly to even get the measly $20 off the bill that he eventually gave me. He claimed he didn't drive at all so had no idea there was an issue, which I find extremely hard to believe. I'd have thought a driving license was a basic requirement for a rental vehicle operator, no? I'd never rent from this place again. Giving dangerous vehicles to customers is pretty inexcusable, in my opinion.

I rented this moving truck from this company on multiple occasions and it was perfect. not sure which one the other guy got, but everything went smoothly without issues. (I've personally driven this truck over 2500km over multiple day trips). The brakes were firm and stopped the truck nice and quick when needed. Of course if your use to driving large trucks like these they can feel different or odd compared to normal vehicles. The desk agent there was nice, answering all my questions and conerns. Yeah I read the review before this one, but I had none of the problems he had. I have rented this truck last year multiple times and this year as well. It has always performed like a champ every time, Starts in the cold and hot (artic and burning hot outside) always handeling everything that it was tasked to do. As well very well cleaned and maintained inside, even came with those little green air freshener thingies. Smelled like pine for a bit Woooooo, better then smelling my burgers for hours on end! In the end rent from him and he will help you out with everything. He is willing to make things work in your favour, just like normal don't be a dick and things will work out.
