Excellent service from start to finish. The booking over the phone and the processing at the Bank Street location was flawless. I was picked up at the train station and processed at the rental shops in under 15 minutes. And I am also able to drop the car st the train station. Great service!

Rented from this location for the first time two years after I had a very bad experience from another Discount location. Everything was amazing. Hoping that they keep it up unlike the Enterprise nearby which has given in to its own fame. Same good experience after a year.

I reserved a cargo van specifically for the fact that I wanted to save on gas but got "upgraded" If theres no availability.. The website should tell you such and not allow you to book. Ive done this exact rental two previous times at two separate Ottawa locations with no issue. This place, I find thé reps we're unorganized. Probably won't rent from this location in the future. However I guess at 25 bucks, you get what you pay for

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Have rented twice in last month and both times they didn’t have a car available. Seem to be over staffed but they do their best to avoid you. The price isn’t worth the hassle. Never again.

The employees are nice, but the disorganization in this place is quite high. They have zero system on how to take clients in and they’re doing a million things all at once instead of having each employee assigned to a duty. I was here for a good hour before leaving with a car, and it wasn’t even the type of car reserved for me because they didn’t have any. Oh they also make you prepay for all your days before which I have never heard of at enterprise or Avis.
