Do not rent via the Discount car rental falsely listed as being at 200 Tremblay (Ottawa Train Station) - it is in fact 5.1km away on Bank St. near Alta Vista. I had a reservation for 8am, my train arrived at 8:10, and after an unexpected or advertised 15 minute wait for pickup, and further delays at the Discount office on Bank St., only left with my vehicle at 9:30. When is the last time you waited an hour and twenty minutes to pick up a car?

Be advised that there's no agent in VIA Rail station. I was not. You have to use the phone just before getting out, call them and wait for someone to pick you up to go sign the papers on Bank street. Then you can have the car.

There are no cars here. You'll be waiting on a shuttle to be picked up and brought to the Bank and Alta Vista location. Might as well book directly with them, it'll save you a lot of time

Had no car ready for me despite a reservation, Gabe me a run around and I ended up going to another branch in the West end to get a car. Just rent from someone else instead of dealing with them.

Horrible location and the Express checkout booth is the most ridiculous system I've ever seen. Do not rent a car from this location if you can help it. They do not have cars on location you have to wait for a shuttle to take you to a different location where they keep the cars
