Horrible service never use them at this location in Oshawa. The rep is really rude and they over charge. $45 for insurance they charge starting $95.00 plus taxes run. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!! Trust me don't bother use this location rude !rude! rude! and very argumentative. LESS than any star. BIG FAT ZERO!!!

Come in to get a rental. The guy was very rude to me because I used the wrong door. I asked for a rental and even though he had a full lot of vehicles. He told me he didn’t have any vehicles available for me. Didn’t even ask me how long I needed it. I was the only there. Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated. Will never use this company again because of the experience I had with this 1 employee over a less then 1 min interaction.

I had such a great experience with the staff here! They were friendly, kind and gave us a great car. They even reminded me to fill up with gas when I had forgotten 😉 We will definitely be renting again from here!! Thanks!

Charged extra day for being hour and half late. Policy is that you charge by hour for the first 2 hours. Makes me wonder what they would do if they spotted a scratch. Charge me for a new car? I will stay away from them now on.
