Started out disappointing because they didn’t have the car type we booked, we waited 30 min but ended up leaving in a car we knew we couldn’t use for our entire trip (14 days). They did compensate for the inconvenience and 3 days/3 enterprises later, we were able to change cars and got a free upgrade. Staff remained professional, friendly and helpful throughout.

Our experience picking up our vehicle was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly, there was no pressure to upgrade or add unneccesary extras. We were upgraded from a compact to a large brand new VW Tiguan. We dropped the keys off in the evening when the location was closed, the next day they called us to let us know everything checked out and to make sure everything was satisfactory with the vehicle. I have rented many times from various companies and lcoations across Canada and this has to be one of the best experiences I have had with Enterprise or any Car hire company.

Perfect experience. I always use enterprise. Once, I broke a windshield and they only charged me the "safelite" price, not oem. Loyalty building.

Employees working here are nice and professional. However, experience with the company has been getting worse over time. I booked a car a week ago for Saturday at 2 pm. At noon on Saturday, I get a call that they don't have enough cars and they can't honor the reservation. This has happened 2 out of 7 times this year. So chances of your reservation not getting honored it quite high. I believe it is an Enterprise problem than a location problem. In any regards, no compensation was offered for this crappy experience at their end. Something to keep in mind. I used to think Enterprise is better than Hertz in customer service but I'm not too sure anymore.

Poor service, take your money first and then no service after. Be aware they may blame you for the slightest scratch (potentially not even caused by you). We returned a rental over 2 months ago, they charged us for a very very minor scratch (hardly noticeable) at the front bumper. They took $500 immediately from my visa, and have been delaying the damage report for over 2 months. Without the damage report, I cannot even get reimbursed from my insurance company. Each time I phone, their excuse is “please keep waiting”. I have phoned 6 times so far to ask for the damage report, each time they promise me a new time line and when that passes, they offer no explanation or help, just “keep waiting”. They are very fast in taking money from you though. Disappointed is understated to describe how I feel about the service here.
