Honestly I never noticed this place and I lived in the area for years, moving out only just recently. It's located right at the corner of Front and Parliament streets. If going north on Parliament or West on Front it will be on the left. Calling after lunch last minute on a Saturday, it took a while to get someone on the line but everything after was good. The location is a bit small and can be missed but just look for the large lot and car wash. I rented a van and there were several cargo vans and box trucks available. All in great condition - better condition than I am accustomed to. Customer service was great, the agent even helped me out on the price a little - which was great. I wish I knew about this place before I went with the big U truck place. The price is much better because it includes 200 free km. I could have saved a lot of money. You live and learn. Now because the location shares space with a car wash, Green P lot and Zipcar it can be a bit chaotic getting in there and parking. Fortunately I lived nearby and I was able to walk. All that to say, be very careful and patient driving the rental out of the lot. I definitely will never so the big U rental thing again if I have Budget as an option.

U-Haul on Danforth failed to have our moving truck on the day we had to vacate despite our reservation placed weeks ahead. This Budget was one of our hail marys as we frantically called places for a backup. They had a truck and we snagged it. Thank you so much.

While the front desk staff are decent, I feel like a system needs to be put in place for people returning their keys - maybe a separate line or something. I had to wait close to 30 min. just to return the keys to the car I was renting, and it made me late for an appointment, which instantly negated the convenience of a car rental.
