In the past 6 months, they cancelled two of our reservations outright, with only days to go until the reservation. It puts us in an untenable position of having to scramble and reorganize. They claim it's a "systems glitch" and they've never offered any help in re-booking. Totally unacceptable and 100% unreliable. Booking the second time, and having the second cancellation was on me, though. I should've known they cannot be trusted.

Usually great rates and a friendly staff for the majority of my interactions here. Last reservation was cancelled with only 1 day notice. No alternatives, sympathy or compensation offered. Would not recommend if you need to rely on your rental.

The guys at Parliament street Thrifty are the best! Renting a car isn't usually a memorable experience but the two gents that served me were so much fun and friendly that I had to leave a review!
