I could have given no star but there's not an option for it. They have not trained their employees about what customer service actually is. Zero sense of talking to a customer. They keep on sending wrong invoices and when you call them they give lame excuses for that. I was in an argument for a wrong invoice with one of the employee named MARINA GEORGIEV. She has no sense of talking and was very very very rude. While she was talking on phone with me I could listen giggles of other employees.I had to pay the amount that I was not even supposed to. ZERO Customer service .Cancelled my membership with them. If anyone wants to be a member with them be prepared to be disrespected.. They are even trying to remove bad reviews.but i would keep updating mine.

Been a member for about 8 months. I think for short runs in and around the city the value is great since you don't even pay for the gas. Haven't rented a car yet that I'd say was in bad shape. For the times I've had to contact customer service I was pleased. The agents were helpful especially when someone else had parked in a designated spot they ensured that I wasn't charged for the extra time it took until that person moved their vehicle. Note very well though that if you plan to keep the car over 6hours or drive over 200km in a day you might as well go to regular Enterprise.

I have been a member of Autoshare for a while now and I really value the service. I have used cars for work as well as larger cargo vans for moving and there is always something available and everything works well. The staff are super helpful as well. There have been a few times where I wasn't clear on some of the rules and have called in and someone has helped out. I do think the service works better if you read over everything carefully. In general though I find the location and availability of cars really suits the needs of my business and family.

Having experienced zipcar and car2go customer service and how they care about customers, every experience I’ve had with enterprise car share has been fairly frustrating. From asking for $300 deposit once a payment was declined, to $10 fees every time a payment does not go through, even with the deposit you pay, you get an account limit of $100 which you can not even book more than one booking at a time. Not being able to simply update a Credit card details and process payments and filling out manual forms each time. For a company as big as enterprise with such high potentials of taking a larger market in toronto and canada, a better customer service is expected and to understand customer comes first. Surely not everything is about the financial side if a company likes to be around for a long term! Very disappointed

I spend about 3 months per year in Toronto, staying downtown, and this is a terrific option for me. I am able to book cars on short-notice, there is usually one available within a short walking distance, and all of the cars I have used have been clean and well maintained. I was concerned about having to fill up the gas tank, but that was also easy with clear instructions provided on the website. The $45/year membership fee is a bargain and in the long run, it is much less expensive than renting a car for the duration of my stay, and provides close to the same level of flexibility. Highly recommend!
