Great experience renting from this location. We were assisted by Barry, an outstanding human being and a pleasure to deal with. His personal touch made such a difference in something as transactional and a commodity as renting a car! Thank you Barry!

Great location and long opening hours make it easy to pick up and drop off. I have rented a few times from these guys in the past year and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. No complaints about the cars either!

Update 3 years later, 2018. Still going to this Budget exclusively for all my car rental needs. All the staff are polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cars are clean and exactly what I ordered. 3 years ago, 2015. This was an excellent Budget experience! I found a great online deal using Priceline that just happened to be at Budget. I picked this location because it was convenient. When I went to pick up the economy car I had selected it was a bit tiny for all the highway driving I needed to do. Barry helped me upgrade to a more appropriate size for only $18 more for the weekend! Even though his lot was filled with at least 30-40 cars and trucks, Barry found a spot for me to park my own vehicle (which is too old for a long trip). This was a huge help to me and very generous considering that car rental businesses typically have limited available space. When I went to drop off the rental car early Monday morning the lot was virtually empty so I guess they have a lot of satisfied customers. All the guys working there were very polite and I had no problems with their finding fault with the state of the car. I will definitely come back to this location if the next online deal I find is at Budget.

Charging your card an x amount after you return the car without any explanation what you're being charged for is not okay. I had paid for the rental before I received the car and returned it with a full tank like they asked for. I don't know what this extra charge is for. Also not giving the option to enquire about it via email again is not good service (I generally don't enjoy the experience of calling service companies, hence my preference for electronic communication).

Great service and great cars. Aside from them not mentioning to me the deposit part at the beginning whivh they explained and was resolved, definitely a great service and will definitely rent again
