I had a great experience renting from this location. Staff are very professional and friendly which made me feel confident about renting from Enterprise. I gave a four star rating only because they had no vehicles when I arrived to pick up my reservation, and waited for about half an hour while cars were dropped off. However, I'd like to give a shout-out to Matt for helping me with my questions and concerns, and was impressed with how well he handled that situation.

Great friendly and efficient service, exactly what you expect when going into any Enterprise.

It’s convenient, if you can find it after a never ending meander through a carpark. Their office had a badly photocopied map stuck to the window. I also got a Hyundai with 70,000km and worn wheel bearings. The staff are efficient though.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM I've rented from this location (and others) several times before, service was always decent even though their selection of cars is not good. As usual I arrived there this morning to pick up a car I had reserved MONTHS IN ADVANCE. To my surprise I was told there were no cars available. Now everywhere else is fully booked and I have to cancel all my plans. Enterprise never again unless I really need a car and they are the only option I have.

They consistently provide a pristine service, certainly my go-to place for rentals.
