I've rented cars/SUVs from the Billy Bishop location in Toronto multiple times and have always experienced excellent service and assistance. It does tend to get quite busy as the neighbourhood has a high concentration of residents and travellers, so best to book in advance to secure your rental for the dates you need. Would recommend Enterprise in general over some other car rental providers in Canada.

Good service. It was busy on Saturday morning so there was a wait but staff were courteous. Hours are great.

So close to Billy Bishop - short 100 yards. Staff was busy yet polite and thorough. Only wish there was a map or handout of written directions to to get us on the 401.

Didn't follow through on commitment and completely unresponsive. Worst Enterprise experience I have ever experienced.

Great service. None of that "hey hows your day been?", "hows wife and kids?" bullsh*t. Was in and out of there in less than 60 seconds. Straight down to business.
