Just really good all around car/van/truck at your disposal without any of owning a car headaches.

If you are seeking to be dealt with reasonably Zipcar is not the app for you. The 35 dollar late fee is abhorrent. To be minutes late is one thing but to be charged almost 6 times the initial cost is absolutely ridiculous. If an app cannot have service costs within the bounds of reason than its a waste of time and money. What’s hilarious about this is I only used the vehicle for 35 mins and was charged 50$. Unless you have an extra 35$ to spare/waste on your 5$ fee don’t even bother. Potential long term clients are deleting their apps after the first ride. A BIG joke

Was told my enrollment fee would be waived, it wasnt. Later made my first reservation to find out there was no car. Emailed requesting my money be refunded. Someone called hours later saying "sorry. my money would be refunded". They didn't refund anything and had to dispute the charge with AMEX. This company has only stolen (or attempted to steal) money from me. Beware of fraud.

This company promises you that you'll pay 7/hr for cars before you sign up and then they end up being 13/hr. Not to mention the cars usually come filthy. Wish I could get my money back. Mainly got it because it says online you can pick up and drop off the cars at a different location but it's not available in Toronto. they put false info on their site so they lure people in until it's too late to back out. Thought I would love this but I'm super disappointed.
