As a Emerald Member I expected to receive a better treatment. I went to this location to pick up a car and I asked if my reservation could be modified and the answer was... NO. I ended up with a 3 days contract instead of a 2 days. What shocked me the most was to find that the guy who was talking to me was the manager. I looked at the Website of the Company and couldn't find a place to report what occurred. I usually go to this location and I've always been satisfied... But not this time. Again, the customer service was poor.

Great and quick service from the team that morning when I picked up the car. Likewise the lady that I returned the car was quick and helpful. The car smelled brand new and the whole experience has made me want to come back to this location again!

Always friendly and good customer service both at the mall office and pickup location below. The cars are generally clean inside. Am usually able to get the car I booked except once. But that was because the car wasn't dropped off in time so for a mid size instead of a full size. Pretty decent place.

This has become my go-to rental company and location in downtown Toronto. The staff is friendly and considerate. The collection of wheels is more than decent. The service is quick and breezy. In and out in no time!

Credit card was charged $65 after I returned the vehicle. Claimed it was because of gas (they gave me the vehicle with nearly an empty tank, and this is exactly how I returned it). They subsequently charged me for them to provide a full tank. Called at 5:30 pm, told I would receive a call back. I did not, I had to call them an hour later. Apparently they did not check how much gas I was given. I received no apology whatsoever and when I asked the rude customer service rep for her name I was I was faced with a “I don’t have to give you my name” and she hung up on me. For management: this occurred at 6:30 pm on May 21 2019 at the 200 wellington location; hopefully the customer service agent can learn some customer service skills.
