Casual service when i returned the car. The parking garage is located off the main street instead of behind Bay Centre. DO NOT FOLLOW the blue parking sign, instead, just follow BLOOR ST E and turn into the underground parking to B3. The instructions on the contract was level 3, i went up instead of down and nearly delayed return. Called but to no avail. Hertz need to work on their customer service.

Best customer service i’ve Ever encountered at Hertz (Yong&Bloor). The staff are friendly, professional, and not only efficient processing my transaction but also speedy. Thanks to Thusen, Nicole and the rest of the team for making my car rentals simple and worry free outstanding over all. See you all soon !

Returned rental car to this location (rented in Montreal). There are no external signage or direction for the car drop off point, which is located at the bottom of a public car park, behind two separate barriers). It is a pity that this particular branch let us down as the other branches we dealt with whilst on holiday were very good.

originally when I tried to make the rental I phoned in and was told they were too busy to talk on the phone so I should just call back later; when I did so they told me they were still too busy so I should just go online to make my rental. rented a car from hertz for 4 days, came up to 800$ was supposed to be 200$ charged me for insurance, fuel and toll fees and service charges. when i phoned to complain about an extra 11$ service fee charged 2 months after the rental i was given a run around. don't rent from them horrible customer service no managers on duty, no one working in the states when told to phone there and no one ever phoned me back or followed up.
