Horrible return experience. Returned the car on time, handed the keys over to the agent and was told to expect an email receipt. Later in the afternoon, I got an email that showed the car as being returned THREE HOURS later and I was charged an extra day. Upon calling the location, the agent promised to refund the extra charged day. Received no confirmation of any sorts and it was only after 4 days did I find out they did NOTHING about it. They now claim they will process the refund and send a confirmation right away. Not getting my hopes up.

We rented a car for two days, the service was literally perfect, Agent did fantastic, he was was professional and quick. Car was clean and in great condition. Best car service in Toronto, way better than the airport that’s for sure. Definitely coming back.

This National Car rental location was absolutely great! All the guys were extremely helpful, personable and fast. I would definitely rent, and recommend to rent, from here.

Great guys , always top notch service and why I continue to rent here. Only drawbacks are that they don't offer luxury cars at this location and there's no quick emerald checkout (have to wait for paperwork every time).

Forget Sudoku, try picking up a car here as an exercise for your brain. Its uniquely painful because you gotta report to an office and then walk about 5 minutes to the well-hidden, actual garage-cum-office where you actually pick up a car. Absolute pita.
