As a regular customer I can assert the overall score is not reflective of the group performance as a whole. The lack of professionalism and the attitude of some individuals contrast heavily with the exemplary behavior of other representatives. It is regrettable that punctual frustrations overshadow the outstanding job of certain elements. Some reps in the likes of Ravi, Raj and Joseph are great ambassadors. They clearly understood the meaning of client care and have been consistently delivering an excellent customer experience. If it was not for their professionalism, their friendly approach and commitment to put the client first, I would certainly not be giving 4 stars.

Rented a minivan for 830am, called 24hrs ahead to triple-confirm and they promised it was available and would be ready at 830am.we arrived at 830am and were told they had no minivans at the location and would need an hour to bring one from another location. Surprising they expect us to pay the agreed rate when they don't deliver the agreed product. Terrible service.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Their employees are rude and irresponsible, and more importantly are BIG LIERS! Do not trust their prices, as they tend to OVERCHARGE you in the end. They ruined my weekends. Hope they will have a GOOD BUSINESS there!

Terrible customer service when I picked up my car, he wanted me to sign the damage report before I even saw the car. When I hesitated he rolled his eyes and angrily walked me to the car and said this isn't how it's done.. Then proceeded to dangerously pull the car out for me speeding around a corner in the underground parking when there were lot's of people around. So unprofessional. Now I'm trying to extend my car but when I call the store it goes straight to Avis' 1800 number??? When I called 1800 Budget to fix this they simply told me 'keep calling maybe they'll pick up because they can't help only the store can' What is going on ???
