Everything went fine after we found the place and it was difficult to bring back the car to the correct place. Not very good directions within the building. The receptionist was excellent and very patient and polite.

I was renting a car for the day to run errands with my son. The young man that helped us was very helpful and pleasant and the car was great. I would highly recommend this location.

They tried to swindle us out of an extra 3 days of car rental fees after we already made the reservation days earlier. They claimed there was a system error and we shouldn't have been able to make the reservation we did because they were "closed" and needed to change the booking to three days earlier. They also required us to pay for the extra three days and refused to do it free as a gesture this was not our fault and acknowledgment it would be difficult to find a new car with such short notice. They refused to let us speak to a manager and cancelled our reservation without our consent when we refused to be bullied into paying for an extra three days!! We don't own a parking spot in Toronto and would actually have to pay out of our own pockets for overnight parking for an extra three days. Isn't that enough of an inconvenience? Their bullying tactics, lack of accountability, and unreliability are incredibly disappointing. We may not even be able to visit my elderly 95 year old grandmother (and the rest of my family) for Christmas because of this. What a sham!

Overall experience was good.Though, I don't like how they use the information I provided! Sending an email not forget returning the vehicle on time is fine but calling later while I am driving for the same reason is not.
