Showed up today for our rental at 9am. Agent showed up at 9:15 to unlock doors only to notify us that the car we had discussed, a Jeep suv, was not available. He then offered to go get it but it would take an hour. We cancelled reservation and left. This place is not worth the discount. You pay for what you get I suppose.

Scam artists, avoid at all costs. Or make sure to take before and after photos of the wreck they rent you. Terrible company

YOU CAN'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK THEY'RE GONNA EAT YOUR MONEY UP UNLESS YOU BOTHER THEM

To be honest, I am not sure why people are hating on these guys… Anytime I've called them, they have always answered, Joe even gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had any questions or concerns after hours. I have been renting from them for about six months continuously, since July. Right from the beginning Joe was courteous, accommodating, and willing to accommodate my budget. I also got the privilege of meeting and working with Tanya, the franchise owner, who was also willing to work with me on payment arrangements that would suit my budget. Even when I brought the cars back with some damage, they were willing to accommodate me and work with me to get it fixed, giving me the option to have it fixed and we worked myself and not being charged any extra premiums for having them do it themselves. Overall, these guys have been great And I would refer them to friends, families, colleagues, or anybody that needs a good functional car to rent from. Thank you very much guys and I appreciate your service!!
