I have rented cars a few times from this Budget and have always had a positive experience. I usually get a brand new car that doesn't have any dents or scratches to worry about. The car is always given to be completely full of gas so I don't have to worry about filling it to a specific level. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Sometimes the cars can be pricey if booking last minute but would still 100% recommend over competitor across the street.

Staff were great, in and out very fast, car was delivered to me spotless! Great selection on the lot. Highly recommend this location!

The customer service at this location is atrocious. I arrived 3 minutes after my rental time at 6:00 pm and they were closed. They didn’t call or warn me that my pick up time was scheduled for when they close. And the people outside said they left at 6 PM on the dot. This is beyond inconvenient for me. And it resulted in me having to rent a much more expensive car across town to get to where I was supposed to go. The staff is also rude and always tack on extra fees.

This Budget/Avis car rental place is close to where I live and easy to get to, so I have used it several times. I always take the printout I get for my online reservation, so there's no quibbling over the price. The staff have always been friendly, although I find I have to make sure they're giving me the right class of car, since I do my rentals through Costco and always get a cheap price that way. Other than that, no problems with this place.
