I’ve rented twice from Adam, he’s so helpful and has made a potentially stressful situation so very easy! Easiest part of both trips!! The cars were both brand new and drove perfectly, I felt safe and in great hands with Adam at Enterprise!! I’ll never use anyone else for car rental!

I had to file a claim for my truck and my claim rep arranged a car rental reservation through this particular branch of Enterprise on Thursday, the 16th. I called Enterprise that day to figure everything out and they tell me they have no cars available and that he (Adam) would let me know the following day when something became available. I even called again that day a separate time just to get confirmation that he would, in fact, call me when something opened up. Fine. Limited availability. No harm, no foul. Cut to 5:00pm today, the 17th. HE (ADAM) HASN'T CALLED ME. So I call Enterprise and ask (calmly and politely) if any vehicles had become available. He put me on hold and then said he would call me back. He calls back around 5:15 and says that something has become available and that I would have to be there by 6pm for pick-up. A) I have no way of getting there. B) It's 5:20 and that would mean that I would have to find a ride and get from my work in Fort Gratiot to China Township in a 40 minute time span. I asked if there were drivers available. He says no because the ONE driver they have is in Clinton Township. Now, I'm stuck without a vehicle until Monday or possibly later. Had he called me sooner like he said he would, I most likely wouldn't be in this predicament because I'd have proper time to prepare. The fact that I had to call him when he (again, Adam) said he would call me is just negligent. I'd give zero stars if I could..

Hard to find since it is inside a car dealership with no signs for Enterprise Rental Center at the road or on the building. Must rely on GPS.... However, the cost was more than $100 cheaper than another major rental car place even with a 25% off coupon. And we rented a SUV instead of a mid size sedan for a 2 week rental. Brand new vehicle 1000 miles on it. CLEAN!! VERY HAPPY... Always have been happy with Enterprise. First time using this location but now that we found it we'll use it again in the future. Thanks for the great service.
