The rep on the phone lied and said they had no cars available. I had my mother call shortly after, she was also told there were no cars available. The difference was I was instantly told no whereas my mother was told no after he asked if the rental was for a insurance replacement. They are apparently screening calls; the criteria of acceptance is suggested though cannot be clearly confirmed. I am glad that business is so good for this Hertz that they can do this. Enterprise doesn't pre-qualify.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Excellent service and a really clean car. Drove from Detroit to Chicago and back without a problem. Staff was very nice and seemed to care about my experience.
