Did not deliver the car that was booked. Stuck with truck for wedding and then charged crazy amount for vehicle. Stay away from them. I will never use Budget or Avis again, thanks Christopher. I can not complain about their service, they do not have any service . Hertz will be our new rental company - try them you will be very pleased

If i could leave less than 1 star, I would. Service is the worst at this location. Staff member male (possibly the manager), seen him there several times, has ZERO customer skills. He looks dumb and when he talks, he pretty much confirms it. Doesn't want to find solutions, doesn't want to help....in brief, if you don't like customer service, just quit champ. NEVER DEALING WITH BUDGET BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION FOR SURE.

I got exactly the car I reserved on the web. No ifs and buts. The car was neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. Pick up and drop off was super easy, note that I dropped off at Toronto airport. This was my first time with them and I am definitely going back to budget again

Unprofessional service i rented a car from the airport and had lot of issues: 1- unprofessional staff 2- the car was not checked well so i had to do it by myself 3 times without even one of the employees go out to check it with me 3- since i always care about my health and my family health the car was full of weed smell and they didn’t even do nothing about that 4- At the end when i returned the car i was late for 50 min and they charged me for full day and after i returned it they told me that there is missing gaz and all of that because the employee there who checked it didn’t bother himself to check if the gaz is full notice: before taking the car i told him that there is missing gaz and weed smell he wrote that there is a weed smell on the contract but forgot to check the gaz so i had to pay 50$ for a mistake that its not mine plus a full day rent for 50 min late I gave that review so people don’t be a victim like me of irresponsible and unprofessional staff. And i hope i will get a call from the costumer service thank you

Had very bad experience at the Ottawa Airport a couple weeks ago. Budget did not provide me a receipt and they ended up charging me a full days use for being 45-minutes late. Realized unjustified charges after reviewing bank statement. When I arrived to return vehicle, they were rude and did not say hello, I had to greet them after being unacknowledged despite a lady on the front computer. Very abhorrent experience. Feeling defrauded. Avoid this location if possible. Ill be pursuing this as soon as I return with both Ontario Small Claims Court and notifying my credit card company as soon as I return. Ive rented over 100 cars, many of which werefrom Budget in the past decade and this was a standout bad experience.
