never go to 7200 thornhill Enterprise and specially on weekends..they did overbooking and after that they were sending people to their different locations by carpool.. they were randomly giving cars to customers..at one point after waiting for 2 hours i had to ask the guy over there about my reservation and he actually yelled at me. never expected this. employees ruining company reputation.

Just had a great experience with this location. I got into a minor collision and not only did my insurance company contact Enterprise, but so did the team at Supreme Collision. It was a few weeks after the accident that I brought my car in and got the rental, and Enterprise had everything ready for me when I dropped my car off. Philipe at Supreme Collision called for them to picked me and within mins they were there to bring me to my rental. Getting the car (Got a Jeep! Omg so much have fun) and returning the car was super easy and quick. The team at Enterprise we’re efficient and friendly. Not everyone is going have a great experience, but I did and would definitely go back and recommend.

I want to mention a great guy who was serving me couple of times and always I got the best service and car that was satisfied me. If you are dealing with John you are in good hands. Thank you for such great customer experience.

People here are helpful and accommodating. They provide pick up and drop to close by locations and to public transit as well which is convenient.
