I made a reservation for renting a car from the internet. I went to this branch to pick-up but it closed. I called them and wanted them to check my reservation but they said they don’t have any car . I got a confirmation e-mail one day ago, they said they know about it. but they didn’t call or send e-mail anything before I go there. I spent time and money to go that branch but they just said sorry on the phone . I will never use it anymore and I will never recommend it to my friends

Terrible! Made a reservation a month ago, went to pick up my car today sunday, and the agent on the phone (because nobody at the store for a 24/7 location...) and she said the reservation was canceled by an agent because they could not reach me by phone! Nevertheless, e-mail exists nowaday, but I did not receive any cancellation email... and now they say they can’t provide any car until Tuesday!!! Wonderful!!! Stuck with NO car for 2 days... Overall, I felt very badly considered, liar for their 24/7 service, and not helpful to find any solution! Best way to lose a customer... congrats!

The worst service ever! I do not recommend this service to anyone at all! The biggest issue is their customer service. Managers are extremely rude, not a Canadian level at all! My experience with them detailed: I reserved the car for 2 days. When I got there, there was a need to vacuum the car so the guy told me to wait a bit for vacuum and he also told me that I can return it at 11:30 because of that. But it seems like he stated 10:10 in the contract which is the first issue. After 2 days, I was late to return so they made me to take it for another day, which is fine because I admit that I was late. So after one more day of renting, the next day I was planning to return it at 11:30 because I thought I took it at 11:30. But I got the call saying that you should return 10:10. I argued about it and they gave me one more hour. So I returned it at 11:05 which is 5 minutes before 11:10 (end of extended one hour period). But somehow they recorded it as 11:15 and because of that 5 extra minutes, I got paid for one more extra day.
