Absolutely disappointed by the experience. Upon a flat tire incident on road, theyre wanting to place on expenses on me of $2000 as oposed to the initial contract that you sign. Would not recommend this place even a bit. Complete scam.

The worst customer service award should go to this rental company. I have had decent experiences at different branches of Discount cars, but this one is perhaps the worst in customer service. They do not value customer's time, they give away reservations to other people when it has been confirmed by them. When asked about the same they do not have any answers and even if they blurt something, they blurt out racist slurs to you. I am so agitated at this point that If I could, I would name and shame the person sitting as a representative. Bottom line : Do not visit this rental centre.

The manager here is probably one of the dumbest people I've ever met. He hates his job and takes it out on his customers. He doesn't care about customers and will swindle you out of money any chance he gets

they didnt have car available. shite location

They have good prices, however the prices reflect the service. I have rented from this location a number of times and each time, the service got progressively worse each time. The "manager" at this location loves his job about as much as being run over by one of the rental vehicles. If you do rent from this company, make sure that they are your last option and make sure that the paperwork for the rental period that you requested is correct. The last time I rented from them, they charged me an extra $75 because they didn't pay attention to the reservation and didn't enter rental into the system for the correct period. so no only did they charge us for extra time (which we would have paid for anyway, if they entered it properly into the system) but they charged us extra for returning the vehicle "late". One last thing. When you rent vans from this location, don't expect it to have a full tank. UPDATE: It looks like there is a new manager at this location who appears to give a crap about his job (for the moment). But there are STILL communication issues between the call center and the location. I recently booked a vehicle through the call center and told them that we were traveling over the border and that there will be an additional driver. They told us that there would be a $10/day fee for going over the border (which was fine), but they failed to tell us about the $10/day additional driver fee (which we only found out about when we picked up the car), which was really annoying because we had a budget that we had to stick to for the trip.
