Service on the phone wasn't that good, but in person it was superb. My request was treated well. Can be a bit hard to find in the Madison Centre (and even worse before I changed the address on here, as they had moved) Car itself was great. Full size can be tough to park in a city like Toronto tho, and the Ford Taurus back seats don't go down

We had a terrible experience renting a car from this company, The guy was very rude and lied to us about the how much he is going to charge us, he first said this much including tax and everything for one day and then printed the paper work for 2 days with a higher price and when we told him he said he is not going to charge us that much, when I returned the car he was very arrogant and rude and did not accept that he promised us he will not charge us more. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband had to rent a car through Avis from the States and drive it over to this location. In addition to the fact that he had a terrible experience in the US location, when he arrived here to return the car, we spent nearly an hour looking for parking and a key drop off box as there were literally no signage or space. Every other rental company we’ve used has one for after hours. We ended up giving up and he returned early the next morning before work to return the car. Thankfully the staff was understanding but this was an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating experience.

Thanks for the heads up everyone. I had made a reservation for an upcoming trip a week in advance and after reading these reviews have decided against it. It seems like nothing has been done to address these issues. I'm happy to pay double elsewhere.

I’m a regular here and I find the staff to always be courteous and helpful. The location is a bit tricky but it’s not exactly rocket science to figure out. This place is much better than all these negative reviews indicate.
