When in an accident that was not at fault gave us the run around. Full of she said he said, tried to charge us when we had additional insurance and third party insurance covered it as well. Don't go here. I know I won't again.

Beware of the "Deposit" they ask you for especially when putting thru an insurance claim. My son attended at this location to pick a rental car for an insurance claim. At the time he was asked for $140.00 deposit. When asked what that was for as this is a claim he was told it was down deposit required and that it he would get it back. So on that note he gave them is visa had it billed, signed off on all of the paperwork required to pick up the rental and on his way he went. He returned the car once he was done with it and asked about the deposit and was told it was credited. Visa statement came in and behold the deposit still there. He went back to address the issue they told him it was done. Visa statement came in again still showing......So call the location to see what is the issue they said "its a hold" looked for file and then proceed to say that he purchased "EXTRA INSURANCE" and signed off on it. Well, isn't this interesting that they would tell us all this after the fact. Clearly, there are agents at this location looking to hook you into this extra ins. as they clearly had the opportunity to rectify and correct the miss given information at least once and never did only to state that the refund had been given...We are now dealing with Customer Care on this issue in hope to make sure that the agent responsible is address appropriately and that this does not happen anyone else. It seems to me someone here knows how to play the "HE SAID SHE SAID GAME". Terrible!

Booked a small car well in advance and when we arrived there was no small car available, only large gas guzzling pickups. Walked away and rented from another rental company. Why take my booking if you don’t have cars.

Wont be back again. They tried to charge me when I paid for the additional insurance. Extremely unprofessional. Go somewhere else!

Very bad service .... even the manager don’t know about the insurance trrms and conditions. If something happened they will charge you even if you have insurance. I had 2 insurances from them and they charged me last time and I won’t go there anymore
