The staff was fantastic. Car was in beautiful shape. You can tell they take pride in their vehicles. The price was way better than everyone else as well.

So happy I found this location. The staff is nice and extremely professional. Everything went as planned with the car. I would definitely come back to this specific location. Thanks guys!!!!

I reserved a vehicle in the morning and was told by the reservation line I could use my debit card that is linked to my banking accounts to secure and pay for the deposit and cost of the rental. I went to pick up the vehicle and was told I could not use that form of payment and therefore could not rent the vehicle. All the representative at the office could say was "Sorry and typically we would have notified you but I was out of the office". I was to leave for a family vacation after I picked up the vehicle. Worst service ever. Perhaps there needs to better communication between the service center and the location of the Enterprise. I use car rentals for many things and will never use Enterprise again.

Called to get a car and they had NONE available. None. Is this not a car rental place? Had to get a Lyft. In good faith, I made a reservation for the next day. Called the next day and waited on hold for 9 minutes and 38 seconds. That's not good business.

This Enterprise was so kind and helpful when I was dealing with car issues. I would highly recommend.
