I just finished listening to a gentleman discuss his horrific experience he had with Enterprise on Great Northern Rd in Sault Ste. Marie. He had a confirmation pick up date and Enterprise had nothing for this gentleman. He was basically sent out in the frigid -17 temps to fend for himself. I seriously hope you are going to compensate this gentleman to the fullest. Customers Beware

Made a reservation via the app, had a confirmation number for the car....fly into SSM for business, NO car!?? In fact would not have a car until the middle of the week. Called and though the staff were polite they blamed it on the online reservations...well that is a horrible excuse and does nothing for your customers who reply on Enterprise to have a car for them. I am not only told this by the staff at Enterprise, but other co workers and customers who use Enterprise when heading to SSM. That they do not have enough cars to cover their reservations?? It’s very busy in SSM you can view the historical patterns..have the product to meet your customers needs

So I booked a luxury full size at this location months in advanced. But when I called ahead to ensure the car was there ready for me a day before I was upset to find out that the website should never had given me they option as it was not available. I had booked so far in advanced that I was pretty disappointed to learn of this. However, Tom and the staff were very accommodating, I got a very nice SUV as a sub for the car, and they went the extra mile for me when I made an error in choosing my pickup location. All in all I left fairly happy with the experience and the extra seating in the SUV came in handy more then once. They'll have my buisness again, Thanks -Patrick S.

Jared LeFeuvre assisted me with a car rental for 3 weeks. He gave clear expectations, was very helpful and extremely friendly. I was very happy with my experience with the customer service and with Enterprise in Sault Ste. Marie. Both the Great Northern Road location and the Airport location. Thank you for making my car rental experience an easy one!

stole money from our car and tried to blame it on he next client. they have been sketchy and down right illegal in out past rental experience so I don't put it past them to do the same this time. Totally unethical staff. Would never rent from their by choice. had to this last time bc of work but never again. when I say unethical, filling up the gas take before we returned it then sending us a bill for a fulltake. we were successfully in winning this as we had the receipt from the day we returned it. never return on a Saturday night, our insurance company and ourselves figure their cleaning staff take the cars out for you rides. They did it twice and ended up wrecking the fender and tried to blame us. Again, investigating the spotometer and loss made it pretty evident they were up to no good. DON'T TRUST Enterprise!!!!
