Horrible experience. First they charged $268.00 A DAY for a full sized SUV, then when I attempted to call them to negotiate for a better rate, I was put on hold for 10 min, hung up on, tried to contact the 1800 number, got busy signal and hung up on. When I finally was successful in contacting a customer service rep from the 1800 number, they told me that $268 was the correct amount and we shouldn't have accepted or made the reservation if we weren't willing to pay that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN, HERTZ.

This was a poor choice. Arrived in the evening and they did not have a car for me after I pre-paid for the vehicle. The counter person was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Ended up rent from Enterprise. It took multiple calls to get a refund from hertz. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Enterprise was no hassles and price was comparable to Hertz. Was also I a new car clean and perfect. Hertz does not rely on customer service.

Great experience. Very clean and professional! Only reason not getting 5 stars is because they are not open on the weekends unfortunately, but I understand the restrictions, with being attached to another business. Great workers, and I will definitely be coming back for my rental cars.

Rental could not have gone any smoother. No long lines, no problems, just excellent service with no hassle. Less then 10 minutes and on our way.
