I made a reservation, have a confirmation number, showed up to pick up my car and they tell me when I get to the desk that they have no cars. Megan was very nice but I still don't have a car to use. She stated it happens all the time. I would book with a different company.

I made a reservation I called in gave all my info they told me car will be ready. Five minutes before pickup I get called saying they no longer have any cars for rent. Never again.

I rented a car online from erie alamo and when i got there i was told if i flew in i could rent a car but because i didn't my visa debt couldn't be accepted.worst experience ever.if i could leave a no star i would.
