WOW great dealership where the customer is always treated with respect. Just purchased another new F250 plow truck from these guys... Kevin was amazing to deal with. He took a great deal of his time to make sure I understood all the ins and outs with my truck on delivery. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I've been to the big guys in Sudbury, they need to take lessons from Northern on proper customer care and follow up. Keep up the great work guys!!! 😊

Never had an issue there. Staff always given us good customer service- always friendly and took the time to chat when waiting for our truck or car being serviced. When had a question on a type of car (or truck) staff was always there to answer questions and were helpful. When I was going to school the dealership had a rental service that I used and were fantastic! Showroom very neat and clean and nice waiting area for customers. Nice selection of vehicles on their lot. But definately love what we drive!

Went to this dealership Jul 2018. Spouse and I shopping for a car to replace the one that was written off last week by insurance company as result of rear-end collision on Hwy 17 W. Initially spoke to manager briefly outside while we viewed cars on lot and had brief discussion about a Fusion hybrid we were interested in. Not having access to WIFI at our seasonal location we had been unable to research vehicles in their inventory before hand. Disappointing that their used cars do not display year or price info because we were interested in 4-5 cars used cars that they had on their lot. We therefore went inside to obtain info only to be told rudely by one of the salesman that if we wanted info on cars we should have checked their website. The salesman did not introduce himself and was annoyed at having to look up a few vehicle prices for us and told us that we should go to their website and get this information ourselves. We then proceeded to ask him to test drive a vehicle, which we allowed us to do. I also commented about the car in their showroom and how much I loved the colour. His immediate response was that they had just put that car in the showroom an hour before and I was not going to be test driving that one. I hadn't asked to and would not have expected to test drive that one. They had others on the lot. I only really liked the colour. We then asked him to test drive a second vehicle from the lot and his response was that after we test drove this one, that would be it. He commented that we could not test drive all cars on the lot, like we would even want to do that but isn't it normal to test drive a car, especially a used one, before you decide if you want to buy it. The salesman also made a sarcastic comment about the note book I was carrying around to make notes on vehicles we were interested in and thought that this would only end up confusing me. When we returned from test-driving 2nd car, we went directly to mgr's office as he was now free. We told him we did not want to deal with the salesman we had spoken to while mgr was busy. Although mgr was sorry to hear that, he basically defended his salesman's position regarding our interest in several vehicles. I guess you can only consider one car at time at this place. Anyway, needless to say we left the lot and will never return there. We have purchased a vehicle elsewhere and decided to go into the City of Sudbury to do so and are happy to say we bought a car from another dealer, one who treated us with respect from the get go. The Espanola Ford salesman was rude and sarcastic. What a bad experience this was. -In this day and age, the price and model year of vehicles (new and used) should be clearly displayed, either on the car or on some type of display board in their showroom. -They should have a computer station inside for customers to use and look up inventory and price details, if they don't want us to bother their salesmen for that info. If such a computer station exists, they certainly did not tell us about it. -They should get rid of salesmen who are rude to customers and drive people out the door.

The new dealership is amazing. What a difference from the old building. Sales staff is always helpful and doesn't mind spending time talking to you. The new building definitely helps the service department. It's enjoyable to have your vehicle serviced. Nicest dealership in northern ontario
