Consistently pleasant, professional service. Very courteous, prompt and helpful service each and every time. Lauren Krahnke delivers excellence each and every time I request a vehicle at last minute. They are the best.

They would have received 5 stars but when we arrived they told us although we had reserved an Economy Size vehicle it "might not be available" and reservations insure they have a vehicle available but not necessarily the one you reserved. After lightly expressing how that made no sense and we weren't willing to pay more for the vehicle. We were given a vehicle for the price of the vehicle we reserved.

Great experience and great staff. I worked with Lauren and Takira on my rental and both ladies were friendly and professional. I rented a car for a vacation in the Smoky Mountains. The Nissan Altima was perfect for the trip. It was in good working order and clean. Overall, 5 stars. Enterprise picked me up and dropped me off too!
