Rented a vehicle for 5 days, when I returned it there was a ding in the door, just came from the grocery store...I had no idea that happened...I had given them a 250.00 deposit when I picked the car up... when they told me about the ding they said they had a guy who could fix it for 100.00 and they would refund the other 150.00 back into my account...I called and spoke with Russ/Ross at the Eastpointe store 4 times in 3 weeks. My money was never refunded I have contacted corporate

Check the fuel gauge before you leave the facility. Just because the staff says the tank is full doesn't mean it is. Great way to rip off customers.

Great customer service

Terrible customer service. Rented a car for one day and was charged for 3, even though I returned the car on time. Was told that they would inform the manager. Called the next day and they never even mentioned it to him. If I could give negative stars I would. Currently have been on hold for 9 minutes trying to talk to someone.

Vehicle was ready for me when I arrived to sign for the Auto, had no problems driving or fueling and checked out the vehicle fast! Manager at the location was very helpful! I have reserved another Vehicle for future use!
