I usually don't leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn others. My experience with [Company Name] has been extremely disappointing. I paid for [briefly describe the service or product], but what I received was not what was promised. The support team was unhelpful, and I felt ignored when I tried to resolve the issue. It seems like the service is not transparent about what it actually provides. I now believe I was misled, and I regret trusting them. I strongly advise others to do thorough research before using this service. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

We used Exclusive for our wedding in May. They were AMAZING! It was the vendor I was most worried about because brides had told me horror stories of limo companies taking their money or supplying dirty cars. We met with Lucy who was so friendly and nice, from the very beginning. She worked out every detail with us, sent us revised contracts and was so helpful with decision making. She was honest and straight forward. The day of the wedding she had sent us confirmation emails when the drivers had departed and got to our homes. It was so reassuring. The drivers for both the limo bus and the Rolls Royce were so friendly and nice. They had supplied the champagne bottles, red carpet, soft drinks and water as promised. The late night pick up was the same guy who drove the limo bus (Lou), who was so helpful. He helped us with our stuff to load up (and helped us bring it inside the house), he gave us water and was very friendly. The limo bus and rolls were clean and the music system was working. It was amazing. In terms of their price, it depends on your budget. But no matter what your budget is, I would suggest at least giving them a call and seeing what they can offer you. Overall they were reliable, professional, funny and a great company to work with.

We booked 2 limos with Exclusive Limo Services in February 2017 for my daughters wedding. Lucy was amazing to deal with, she was prompt and detailed in her emails. The limos were very clean and both drivers were professional. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Exclusive Limousine Service for your wedding transportation needs! During the wedding planning process, they were prompt and courteous in all communication, and were very helpful in providing all the information I needed and answering all my questions. They provided detailed contracts and invoices. During the day of the wedding, everything was highly organized and streamlined - I received text updates on the drivers progress, and he was waiting at the designated spot on time. The vehicle was clean and new and everything was as specified. They even went above and beyond, as when I forgot my bouquet, the driver came and found me to hand deliver it to me! Cannot recommend this company enough!

We work with all our brides and grooms and provide full chauffeured services on that special day.

Don’t waste your time – terrible. My Fiancée and I met up with their wedding transportation consultant inquiring about a stretch Navigator for our wedding. We went to their office and checked out the vehicle. Everything was fine and dandy, we negotiated and were offered a “rock bottom” price, and given the weekend to think about it. We accepted the price, and come Monday received an email saying Management would not accept the price that was offered. And the price has now gone up. This company will take any opportunity they get to knock a smaller company, they insist they only do “exclusive” vip transport. Typical large snobby company, that uses a “wedding transportation consultant” to play good cop bad cop to milk you. Don’t give them your money as they clearly don’t need it. Royal waste of time.
