Fast and professional service. This is the first time I have rented a car and it was a seamless experience. They picked me up from the mechanic to get the rental and drove me back after returning the rental. They place a huge focus on service and making sure you're satisfied with your experience. It's refreshing to come across a business like this that still cares so much about their customers.

I didn't get past the phone call to make a reservation. This is by far, the worst experience I've had trying to make a luxury vehicle reservation at Enterprise. Imagine, there is a specific mercedes model I want to rent, and other models I don't enjoy driving. I asked what type they have on the lot and I was told "I don't know and I cannot guarantee what vehicle you will receive" excuse me? At a cost of over 100 dollars per day the least you can do is guarantee a sedan. I definitely will not call that location again.

This is the ONLY car rental agency in THIS area, where I live, I called around, to other rental agencies which were just outside of the immediate area, and they either, DIDN'T have ANY vehicles at all, OR, "...sorry, we do not pick you up, and drop you off, you will have to find your OWN way here!" was the reply I received, which is USELESS when you are dropping your OWN vehicle off for service, as was MY need for a rental! The staff here are FANTASTIC! VERY CORDIAL, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASANT! They picked me up drove me back to their office, & DESPITE several other people waiting ahead of me, I didn't have a long wait, I was served quickly, and on my way in my super clean, pretty much brand new vehicle, inside of 15-20 minutes! The cost of my rental car was JUST $50 PER DAY, VERY REASONABLE! They EVEN left me a service call to see that I was satisfied with my rental experience, AFTER, I dropped the rental car back off! I will ALWAYS come back to THIS Enterprise rental facility for ALL of my vehicle rental needs! VERY WELL DONE ENTERPRISE!!! A+++++
