The staff were friendly and professional and had me set up with my car expeditiously. The car, a Lexus 200t, was immaculate and we'll maintained. I found the rate to be reasonable. The only complaint I have is that I would have appreciated a little vehicle familiarization with location of various controls. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Experience was great. Follow up phone calls were great! Only compliant that made my heart stop was on the return. The employee did a thorough check on the vehicle on return and found some damage that wasn't on the first check we did. She had to go back and look at previous rentals to insure it wasn't me. Maybe something can be addressed in the system to show previous damages. All in all would definitely rent from here again.

This was my third time using Discount at Bloor and Dundas, and once again, my experience was great. Friendly staff, quick and easy pick up, and the after hours drop off is a great feature. Easy, hassle free, and dependable service.

Totally unprofessional and potential scam. Car was damaged upon return and was told to call a claims number. Head office said I had been misinformed and store would be handling. Never received paperwork but was charged $1000 deductible. 6 months later, still no paperwork and no proof the damage was over $1000, they simply pocketed the funds. Not worth taking the risk with these guys
