I rent a car from this location and service was good. I was sceptical after reading some reviews but I have to say my experience was really good. Guys are the office were fast and professional. Car was clean and in good conditions. No complaint at all.

I rented a mid-size car for a day in August 2018 when my own car was unavailable. I booked online and picked up the car at the Weston Road location. I received very courteous, efficient, and professional service both on pick-up and drop-off. The rental vehicle was quite new with great features, and it was clean. The vehicles are smoke-free - which is important to me. I got a really affordable rate using my CAA membership. All in all, this was a great experience and I will certainly go back to this location when next I need a rental car.

Friendly staff and good prices for a weekly rental. Unfortunately, I dropped the car off leaving an expensive pair of Ray-ban sunglasses in the car. When I called back for them to take them out of the vehicle, the car had been rented out and could not be retrieved. Ultimately my sunglasses were stolen (either from the new car renter or from someone at this Enterprise location.)

Great, friendly service. The staff made rebel hug a car simple.

We rented a car from as they were the cheapest location in Toronto. However, upon arrival, we realised that the car insurance here was the most expensive (as it is unclear on the website and varies from location to location), it was almost 1/3 of our total car rental. What a rip off. The car we had was SO dirty inside especially the compartment in between the driver and front seat passenger’s seat. The car looked quite worn out and they didn’t have much choices available (obviously if you want another car, you would need to “upgrade”). There were yellow bits all over the seat and the compartment mentioned above, not sure how they could say it’s cleaned and ready to go. The car was also all scratched outside. During our rental, the engine sounded weird and that’s probably due to the fact that its high mileage as well as poor maintenance. Only one staff inside the office at the time we were there but he was very friendly, helpful and professional. Enterprise as a company though, not that great in terms of car insurance and the quality of cars. Don’t really recommend Enterprise.
