I had my rental in weekend after my car accident, best deal in town and great customer services. This is my second rental from this location and as usual I leave with content and satisfied. Omar the manager will always assist you and listen carefully to your needs.

Worst customer service ever in Niagara Falls ON. Go to Enterprise on Stanley where you will be treated fairly.

Was in Niagara on vacation and had to leave due to an emergency. Only place with cars available was this one, but when I got there they tried to scam me. Website was showing there were several cars available and the parking lot was full, but the guy said there was only one available at 400 CAD a day! He said even if I booked online he wouldn't give me another car. I had to take a taxi to the Enterprise in St. Catharines to finally get a car. Was having a terrible day and Avis/Budget made it even worse. Never again!
