Rented a crappy, dirty Hyundai Elantra with 28,000 miles... Gave to us on empty. Never told us about toll road on 190 in granite City.... No toll booths... They said to expect a toll bill in a couple of weeks. That would have been nice to know before leaving Buffalo. Overall, not very pleased with the car and the staff.

Excellent service and good vehicles

They should tell you in advance that they don’t offer drop offs after 4:30pm. Had to call an Uber because I happened to arrive there around 4:40.

Disappointed in the service at this location. We were supposed to have a pick up, a free service offered. We decided to do this since we were getting an early rental. No one showed up or called. We walked to the location, but when we arrived and told them we had been waiting there was no apology or concern about the missed service request. While waiting we attempted to contact someone and were redirected to the after hours 800 number. The gentleman working in the office was friendly and very helpful in getting us to our car and explaining the policies. The other individual working in the office was unaware of the rental/return and toll procedures. I contacted the office prior to renting and spoke with her and had the same experience. I was able to do my own research and get the information we needed. This rental facility is conveniently located for many downtown hotels. I wish our experience was better.

The actual office is ok but one must walk through kind of a rough parking lot to reach it. I got my car rented with no trouble
