Carolyn and Taylor are top notch. Both provide awesome service. Flexibility and dedication to their clients makes me return to this location over and over again. If you need a car, truck or van..... Go to Enterprise on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.

They're are very professional and kind. The service is great! They even treated my 2 year old son with a candy cane. I'd rather go here then to the airport.

This "manager" lacks customer service skills. He was very rude, and told me there was no way to help me even with a reservation i have made prior. He took two other people who came in after me and gave them rentals. Instead of owning up to anything he put the blame on someone else who set up mu reservation. I walked 3 miles there and 3 miles back with 2 and a half yr old just to be told pretty much to go somewhere and lemme help these other two. Refused to help with any resolution whatsoever.
