A last minute change in plans over the long weekend had me searching for a rental car while in Amherst. I decided to book quickly at this Avis/Budget location as we were staying at the Marriott around the corner and it was a great decision. The operator, Chris, is frankly outstanding at what she does. I arrived at 7:45am for an 8:00am reservation and overheard Chris mentioning she was expecting a dozen people to pick up at the same time. I was worried there would be a delay but quickly realized Chris and staff had opened early (on a long weekend no less) in order to clean, prep, wash, and stage all the rentals. I was in and out and on the road in mere minutes! I could see why Chris was so calm and composed and smiling despite the crazy work load before her - she clearly has done this before and knows how to ensure her customers have a pleasant and enjoyable experience. All the cars on the lot were modern, great models to choose from. I was really happy with my vehicle and Chris took care of my rental requirements before I left with the vehicle and upon my return. I'll be renting only from Chris going forward when we return in the future. Thanks Chris!

Wish zero stars was an option. The most disorganized mess I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing

Not bad place to rent from. The deals they have are usually better than Enterprise. They have awesome customer service. If I ever had a issue Customer service always made me happy by fixing the issue.

Damont was amazingly helpful and courteous, and he got us just the right car with the trunk space we needed. This was a wonderfully smooth experience.

No room to park. Car I used had tire that was plugged in the sidewall, which is a flat that was fixed, lucky I didn't have a blowout while driving.
