If I could title this review it would be, DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. We made our reservation in August for an October rental. When we called to confirm they said they had us for last month but it would be fine, they had a car we could rent. We arrived this past Thursday and they didn't have any cars "ready". He sent the car back to get cleaned and it was barely vacuumed. The car itself was so filthy it made it hard to tell what was a mark and what was filth. There was bird poop on the windows. We even made a comment about getting it washed first and he said the washer wasn't in. All in all we were pretty disappointed by the condition of the car. My cousin got a rental there 2 days later and the car was literally on Empty and filthy too. If I am going to be paying hundreds of dollars shouldn't the car be cleaned first? It's not too hard to ask. Very disappointed!!!

We have had a nightmare with our car accident and needed a rental, after some issues with insurance the guys at the Niagara Falls Enterprise location took exceptional care of us and made sure we got what we needed. It made this whole process less stressful, thank you !!
