It is a very small business and Mark (I think he's the owner) runs the front desk so be patient and you will receive very good service. Our first time renting from Mark and he provided us with exactly what I requested: a great vehicle to move our daughter -- the Suburban was clean and loaded with lots of helpful features for our drive to Brooklyn. Give it a try!

If i could give zero stars i would. Contrary to a friend's advice i TRIED to rent a moving truck from this location. I knew their reputation but their location is convenient for me so I booked the truck anyways - to my own pain. In an effort to insure my vehicle would be available upon my arrival I called 3 separate times to confirm my reservation. And sure enough, less than 24 hours before my reservation they called me to tell me they did not have a truck for me. I cannot begin to explain how difficult this made my life. But at least it was not as bad as my friend's experience who had her reserved vehicle taken by another customer WHILE SHE WAS IN LINE TO PICK HERS UP. Do not use this place. I cannot emphasize it enough. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. Learn from my mistake! If you are in Western NY i recommend Penske trucking. They were able to accommodate me and save my event and the customer service was excellent. Budget - learn from your competition what good customer service looks like. I hope one Penske buries you and takes over your company because your business model sucks! And just so you know that I am not some disgruntled employee or something - this is my first and only negative review on google. Look and you can confirm this.

Customer service is appalling at this location. They are charging me for a cracked window. We didn’t notice it was cracked until we left for our trip at night. We reported it as soon as we noticed it. We had to exchange the car at our new location. It was a nightmare. We were told we should have inspected the car when we picked it up. We will definitely never go back to Budget ever again.

Be very careful renting from this slime bag-Mark. I have rented a Budget car through Costco from this place for the past two summers and had similar experiences. Last year he tried to pressure me to take the additional insurance and he tallied up the whole bill easy peasy and then asked "Do you need a copy?" (of the bill). Implying you don't need one, everything is OK-Like Starbucks asks. HOWEVER , what he did BOTH times was charge me for the additional driver which was clearly a benefit in the contract. He tried to get away with almost $30 in additional charges. Last year I said I didn't need the copy but I felt uneasy about him and double checked the credit card bill and the contract when I got home. He tried the same thing this year but I was watching his every move with my contract in my purse. He used the exact same tactics. Do you need a copy? and his tone implies it's so unnecessary. Since when doesn't a car rental agency provide a receipt for every rental?? Every single time I have ever rented a car I have automatically been given a receipt. ( Yes, Mark, you worm, I know what you do.) This year he also tried to bait and switch me to another vehicle. He says, you can get this Kia or else this jeep or this whatever (I forgot). then under his breath he says for an additional $8 per day -for the other two cars. Then as he processes the paperwork he gives you a damage report to sign off on. He just says sign this and then when you get to the car he doesn't offer a visual inspection or say anything about damages. I bet if there had been some damage that I didn't happen to notice I would be on the hook for it upon return. This guy is very wary. He will size you up and see what he can get away with so he can get his extra cut on the rental add ons. I will definitely rent from a different location next year
